The symptoms of diabetes

If you often feel very hungry, very tired, thirsty and urinate with many, you probably already have diabetes, disease tends to increase. Here are the warning signs of the disease.


Diabetes happens when your blood sugar is too high because the body does not produce enough insulin - a hormone that helps cells absorb sugar from the blood - or ineffective insulin work.

According to the Human Services Commission and Health America, the common symptoms of diabetes include:

- Thirst and excessive urination
- Regularly felt very hungry
- Feeling very tired
- Unexplained weight loss
- Frequent infections or wounds do not heal
- Blurred vision
- Numbness or tingling in the hands and feet
- Dry skin, itching.

If you have any symptoms of the above symptoms, see your doctor to check for diabetes, especially if you are over 45 years old.
